1. Place the bag in microwave, clear window up, on a microwave-safe plate with contents spread evenly. Do not pierce the bag.
2. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. As the bag inflates with steam, you may hear a slight “pop,” this is normal and will not interfere with the cooking process.
3. Gently shake the contents of the bag and place back in the microwave
4. Cook for an additional 1 minute.
5. Let stand for 1 -2 minutes.
6. CAREFULLY, open the bag, the bag will be HOT, and there will be some steam. Transfer contents from bag with a spatula or slotted spoon into a serving dish. Stir evenly. Enjoy!
